This Job Tracking System (the “System”) is proprietary software developed and maintained by Alkasid Tech (“Developer”) and licensed for the internal business use of ABC Grinding (“Company”). By signing in and using the System, you (“User”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Access to the System is granted only to employees, contractors and representatives authorized by ABC Grinding. The System is provided strictly for internal business operations — recording jobs, customers, employees, working hours and generating cost reports.
All business data entered into the System — including job records, customer information, employee records, time entries and rates — is the exclusive property of ABC Grinding. Alkasid Tech claims no ownership of this data and accesses it only as necessary to provide technical support, maintenance or troubleshooting.
The System’s software, source code, design and structure remain the intellectual property of Alkasid Tech. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the software itself.
Information within the System — including customer details, pricing, hourly rates and job costing — is confidential business information. Users must not disclose, export, copy or transmit this information to any party outside ABC Grinding without written authorization from Company management.
All activity in the System is logged. The audit trail records the user account, action performed, date, time and IP address for sign-ins, record creation, edits, deletions, report generation and data exports. Company administrators may review these logs at any time. By using the System you consent to this logging.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter, particularly working hours, hour classifications and job details, which may be used for payroll, invoicing and customer billing. Deliberate entry of false or misleading information may result in disciplinary action by the Company.
Alkasid Tech makes reasonable efforts to keep the System available and operating correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The System may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, updates, hosting provider outages or events beyond reasonable control.
The Company is responsible for maintaining its own backups of business data. Backup functionality is provided within the System for this purpose.
The System is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alkasid Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss or corruption of data, arising from use of or inability to use the System.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
ABC Grinding may suspend or terminate any user’s access at any time, with or without notice, including upon termination of employment or engagement. Users must not attempt to access the System after their access has been revoked.
These Terms may be updated as the System evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the System after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the System shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Michigan.
